Important Notices

ADDITIONAL RULES:

  • NO smoking allowed inside the premises and no candles (Guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony. If there is ever any power outages the host will provide battery operated lights).
  • NO parties or events allowed.
  • NO pets allowed (Exceptions will be made with service dogs and emotional support dogs).
  • NO unregistered guests allowed.
  • NO illegal substances on the premises.
  • PLEASE don’t eat or drink in the bedroom.
  • PLEASE turn off the aircon when leaving the premises.
  • PLEASE take care of your keys (There is a replacement fee if keys are lost).
  • PLEASE don’t rearrange the furniture (The hosts like it the way it is).
  • PLEASE take care of the furnishing (Damages must be paid for if they exceed the security deposit).
  • PLEASE close all windows when leaving the premises (There are monkeys in the area that like to open the windows and take things that aren’t theirs).
  • PLEASE do not feed or try to pet the monkeys. They are not tamed.
  • ACCIDENTS CAN HAPPEN. Please let the hosts know if anything breaks (This will help the hosts to replace it before the next guests arrive).
